    SBS 2003 Prem Upgrade to SBS 2008

    Hi

     I am in the process of quoting a customer for replacing thier existing SBS 2000 environment.

    They want it now!  If I buy SBS 2003 now is there any way I can buy it with an upgrade to 2008 included?  Looks like 2008 will not be out for another 3 to 6 months and then I would be reluctant to supply it to a customer until at least 6 months of public useage had gone by.

    Any advice gratefully received.

    Nick,

    The answer is sell them Software Assurance in the form of Open license, for example.  You can even sell an OEM version of SBS and enroll it into open to get the SA benefits.  Easily the best option, simple, and cheaper than anything else.
