    I’m using office 2003 with Windows Vista Home Premium. when I open any office application “windows installer running for 40-45 seconds”. And when I open outlook, there is message pop up “C:\users\chin\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Addins\outlvba.dll is not a valid Office Add-in”My virus scanner is running with up to date. I tried it remove & reinstall it but no any changes. I tried it with safe mode but problem is same. Pls. need a help. China
