Installation Problem for Office 2003 onto new Vista Laptop

Hi. This may be one that has come up before but I cannot find it. I have a Vista Home Premium running and  want to install my unused Office Professional Edition 2003 but after putting in the  product key get an error message :

there are two parts to the answer here -

1. This does not sound right - I think you should get your CD checked out to make sure someone has not sold you a dud - I'm happy to help with this if you want - send me a mail at admin@davidoverton.com if you do.
2. You could work around this by giving the installer admin rights to your machine for the vbs script, but again, I would not expect the script to be there.  I'd love to see the script - could you zip up f:\autorun.vbs (it has to be zipped) and send it to me?  I'll let you know if it looks like it is about to do nasty things to your PC. If you want to proceed without me seeing the file, then do this - type "command prompt" into the Vista search box in the start menu, then right click the icon and select run as administrator and then type "F:" and return (without the quotes in every case) and then "setup.exe" - this should work.  However, by starting things that way, you are putting your PC at risk if the VBS file is not friendly.

I know that sounds a bit scary, but about 1/3rd of the time I see this sort of thing, nasty things happen.
