Various sharepoint questions

Hi

 We have a new install of SBS on a Dell server.  We would like to try and use some of the sharepoint templates available to download from the Microsoft website, but I am having problems:

1) the stsadm command on my server does not have any of the parameters (addsolution, deploysolution etc) that are shown as part of the install, is this because either the templates are for an older version or I have an older version??

2) how do I find out what version I am running? (as I say, the server is only a week old, so it should be the latest, but how do I check)

Companyweb is and has to be a WSS V2 site - the commands you are trying to run are WSS v3.  You can create WSS v3 sites, however you need to read these first:
