Re: key not accepted by vista

    Martin,

I would contact Microsoft Support for this.  One of several things is happening:

    1) This is an OEM copy of Office and the key is tied to the OEM bios and the new PC does not have the same BIOS

    2) There is a problem with your key and activation, e.g. it thinks you have installed it on one PC and will not let you install on a 2nd PC.  You need to ensure you have unloaded it from the 1st PC and then talk to the activation team about it

    3) Some other nasty thing is happening.

The acitvation and / or support teams can help you out.

    thanks

    David
